Damaged Coatings on My 6" Refractor

hello everyone,
I recently had all of my equipment stolen and then recovered by the Police.
Everything looked like it was in perfect condition, but I really did not get a real good look at the optical coatings on my lens Assembly, its an old 70's Tak APO lens cell re-machined to fit on my current OTA.
Looks pretty bad too, can anyone here recommend a reputable CO. that can re-coat my lenses and re-install them?
Thank god I kept the New Achromat lens cell and tube flange that my scope came with!
I guess my photos are now going to show some Chromatic Astigmatism or a really bad color balance if I use a Minus Violet filter, thats how it used to be before I acquired and installed the APO cell.

HI Darryl,
I ended up sending my lens cell to http://www.clausing.com/ but through my local Telescope dealer, which I have done business with now for over 15 years. He sent my Lens cell to them instead of Takahashi in Japan, I'm not sure why he would only use Clausing but he assured me that they can do just as good of a job or better. I guess he has done a lot of business with them in the past.
Sorry I didnt respond to you earlier! I have had another Spell with my MS.

HI Dragon!
I wish I could say yes but, then I would be lying to myself and you!
And I hate liers, unfortunately Im in a Wheel chair at the moment and I am going to therapy everyday. RRMS is weird, I may or may not get my legs working ok again, everytime I have a relapse it affects me in different ways, and it can also leave permanent damage so its a toss up.
But Im too stubborn to quit.
Thanks for your concern my friend, its good to talk to you again!
are you counting down the days to your apprenticeship?
Dennis

Stay strong my friend.

Count the days? Hell no, it just reminds me I have no time left! lol. As ambitious as I am, I don't want to leave home.

But when the daily high is around 20 here, I will start counting the days.

Hi Dennis,

I was very curious as to who does lens recoating. You never know when it may come in handy.

No problem with the reply. I just hope your doing better.

Take care,
