IT looks like you are definitely getting the hang of the DSI, I'm glad to see that you are using it well. I don't observe the Moon at all I'm a DSO type, so I'm not familiar with very many areas of the Moon, but there is some free software available online here, Virtual Atlas of the Moon / Free astronomy software I'm sure that you will be able use it to determine the name of any area or crater on the Moon. I found that link online at AstroTips.com - Astronomy Software and Amateur Observation Resources :: Astronomy Freeware, Shareware and Commercial. News, Downloads, Reviews, Photos, Classifieds, Forums. this site has a ton of astronomy software, some are free, some are shareware, and some are trialware. Just click the tab at the top of the page that says software, then select download, and then finally select your operating system. just make sure that you check out the homepage of the software that you like to see if its freeware or whatever before you download it. I hope this helps, Dennis

I'm pretty sure that's Mare Crisium just to the upper right of center in the first pic. It's just northeast of Mare Tranquilitatis which would be in the lower left of the pic. Great photos by the way! Thanks for sharing!

For the second pic, I'm not sure where Mons Bradley is located there, but the mare on the left is Mare Imbrium, and the mare on the right is Mare Serenitatis. The largest crater on the left, in Mare Imbrium is Archimedes. The mountain range between the two mares and on the southeast of Mare Imbrium is Montes Apenninus. Check out the cool interactive maps I found here: The Full Moon Atlas
