Veil Nebula NGC6992

Hi,

I have just posted an image I took last night of the Veil Nebula NGC 6992 in the Astrophotography Gallery. Its actually a portion of the Veil Nebula. This object requires a much wider field of view to be captured in its entirety.

The Veil Nebula is a super nova remnant in the constellation Cygnus. The distance of the Veil Nebula is about 1400 light years.

I used the BB Image Code Link for this image, found underneath the image in the Astrophotography Gallery to get it displayed inside this post (for those interested on how to do it).
