File Save Error??

The last two night's i've been trying to image M51 with my DSI 1.

I've set everything up,taken Darks,set colour,save as Fits save all composite image etc.

So far so good, M51 looked great on screen but when I click start I get message " FILE SAVE ERROR STATUS = 1"

What do's this mean??

and how do I fix it !!!

Your help would be appreciated. Thank's Dave
