Auto guiding

Hey guys!

I'm looking into setting up my telescope for auto guiding. I was thinking about getting a web cam, and using guide dog. Do any of you have experience with this? If so, what would you recommend as features to look for in a web cam?

I would think i should look for a decent res for accuracy, and high light sensitivity, but alas, i cannot find any way to check a web cam's light sensitivity. Again, any notes, post em!
