M8-The Lagoon Nebula

Wonderful image, I love most the contrast between the dark parts of the nebula VS. the center. Awesome.

Thanks Again Dragon Star for you kind words. I decided to shot this session and try-out my refractor. Gave it some luminance and combine the Ha. I used the lum to bring out the stars that normally get wash-out or don't show up at all but keeping the core from burning out, but used ddp to maintain it giving the photo a whirlpool effect with different shades of red and pink.
