Interesting PODCAST

http://www.astronomycast.com/shows/AstroCast-061002.mp3

Nokton should be specifically interested in the MOND section about half way through. Has lots of good information even though it's long.

Ah, yes, the podcast from Dr. Phil Plait (The Bad Astronomer from badastronomy.com) and Dr. Pamela Gay. I heard the first one they did, but hadn't caught up to it again until your post link - thanks! I guess this is only like the 4th one they've done or so. They are definitely worth listening to. I found it interesting that neither one of them really dissed or wrote off MOND (MOdified Newtoninan Dynamics) theory - I've been on other forums where many folks have nothing but disdain for it. Can't say that I really understand MOND in all of its strong points vs. it's weak points, but I wonder if Phil and Pamela were being more politically correct rather than expressing their honest personal opinions.
