does this seem resonable to you my star is quite bright and so is the whole image compared to the DSS1r band image, what do you think?

Ozz.
I sent an e-mail request to that agency, to determine if this is the case or not, if its not, then i have my inconclusive proof.

Hi Ozz,
its a stack and combine of several different exposures, its been posted on this site when I took the photo in the astrophotography section under Dennis Millers Photos the 2nd page its been sitting there unnoticed all of this time!
I cant believe that its a plate defect with the dss1r band, or a hot pixel on my image or a interloper since its way off the ecliptic!
here is a direct link
Dennis

Hi Dennis,

I started looking last night at a couple of images and thought your star may be in this one. Take a look.
