i don t think it is eather... we were brought up to believe or thought that it was a planet .
but at that distance and so close to the kuiper belt one as to think that , this is were pluto came from and took orbit around our sun, there are so many object in that belt who knows, and then there the oort cloud, lots of millions of rock there.
