The secondary impacts could definitely be an issue.
I guess when they confirm the potential size of the secondary moon dust particles they will have to set off trying to design a space suit that would provide the necessary protection from these particles. I would definitely want to be in a suit that protects me from more than just the "average" size of particle.
The impact on structures from secondary blasts I would think would be easier to deal with though not without challenge given the speed the particles are traveling at.
