| Sphinx D mount/HAL 130 tripod
The mount has PEC and seems very easy to use. The tracking I've done so far has been visual- I just bought the adapters to hook my DSLR up to the scope and hope to take pictures over next few weeks. I like the Starbook which is very easy to read and program. The mount itself seems well built. It's rated for 50 lbs weight but I probably wouldn't exceed 30lbs unless it was permanently mounted. Polar allignment was somewhat arcane to me- I had to read the instructions several times before I understood the markings on their dial for the polar scope. That portion of manual could have been a little better written.
