| M 51 question?
Where do you live?
Do you have much light pollution ?
Was this taken with a SLR type camera?
Do you use a focal reducer?
Do you stack Images?
I live in Edmonton Alberta and I cannot use my Canon for any exposures like that , that amount of time would wash anything out.
I have to go outside the city to get anything in the way of pictures.
I was thinking of getting the new Canon with the real time viewing on the back screen , that makes focusing easier.Canon can keep their stuff , Im getting a Mallincam after using one a few weeks back.
I do like the M51 and M31 is another one I like too.
