I can hardly believe that you got this good of a result with this shot, and a with full Moon!
Very well done, You managed to process out the bright sky background from the Moon, without dimming the nebulous detail of the object, 15 seconds is rather short even at 3200, I was expecting to see more sky glow and loss of detail in the Nebula surrounding the trapezium, to be honest with you I'm impressed.
My DSI gives me a 640 X 480 size by default, unless I use the Drizzle feature when I post process, so I really haven't loaded anything big enough to see the new feature that you are talking about other than this image.
