) come across any astronomy related events such as
Star Parties or astronomy related lectures and events for 2008, please post them in this forum. It doesn't matter whether its just local to your area, city, or club. People who travel, and are interested in astronomy, are often looking for a
Star Party or interesting event to attend. I have searched the internet for parties and astrophotography lectures to attend myself when I am planning on visiting a different city. If they are posted a few weeks ahead of time you may get some free advertising for it, once the post gets indexed.
