Is evolution of solar planetary system chaotic?

Chaos is a mathematical concept that has been described here as we understand it" Deterministic randomness" meaning that a chaotic system is deterministic but so complicated. The random chaos theory tell us it is impossible to predict the long term behavior of very complex dynamic system, because all of conditions are not known with precision at any time and uncertanity increases with a time.
The evolution of the entire solar planetary system had been when numerically intregrated for a span of nearly 100 million years, the calculation confirms the evolution of of the system as a whole is chaos with a time scale of ex potential divergance of only about 5 million years[ J. Laskar Nature 338;237;1989] Sussman & Wisdom presented numerical evidence that motion of pluto is also chaos with a time scale for expotential divergance of nearby tragectors of only 20 million years[ GJ Sussman & J Wisdom- science 241;433;1988] what did realy happened in evolution of solar planetary system- chaotic over 100million years? is there any consequences of observed chaotic evolution of solar system? what was the basic mechanism for generating such a chaotic behaviour-?
